About the Greater Northwoods Multiple Listing Service
A Mutliple Listing Service is a database of properties listed with all MLS-affiliated REALTORS® in a specific geographic region. In the Northwoods region, about 400 agents have access to this data. There are over 4000 properties listed in the Greater Northwoods Multiple Listing Service's database. All 400 of these agents can show and sell any of the 4000+ properties that are MLS-listed.
Area Descriptions:
Minocqua Region: includes Minocqua, Cassian, Hazelhurst, Woodruff, Lake Tomahawk, Newbold, Arbor Vitae, Lac du Flambeau, St Germain
NW Vilas: includes Boulder Junction, Plum Lake, Manitowish Waters, Winchester, Presque Isle
Eagle River Region: includes Eagle River, Cloverland, Washington, Lincoln, Sugar Camp, Three Lakes
Phelps, Conover, Land O' Lakes: self-explanatory
Mercer/Iron County (WI): includes Mercer, Hurley, Saxon, Montreal, Pence, Oma, Anderson, Carey, Gurney, Kimball, Knight, Sherman
Tomahawk Region: includes Nokomis, Little Rice, Lynne, Somo, Wilson, Tomahawk, Bradley, King, Skanawan and Harrison
Rhinelander Region: includes Woodboro, Crescent, Pine Lake, Rhinelander, Pelican, Stella, Piehl, Monico, Enterprise, Schoepke, Parrish and Elcho
